The palm sized device provides lab accurate hemoglobin results in under 2 seconds using reagent-free cuvettes. Users can also get up to 10,000 tests or 40 days continuous use on one single charge, making it highly suited to remote and high volume anemia testing settings. The 2 ½ year reagent-free cuvette shelf life makes them perfect for use in hot or humid climates, even after a pack has been opened.

What's more, the device is also supported by a new smartphone app called POC Connect. This app provides data management functionality by synching results to a smartphone via Bluetooth, allowing quick and easy onward transfer to a Lab information systems (LIS).
